So far my experience with lazada is very good... mabe because i check the seller store first and reviews before buying.....

In fact lazada so good to me that i bought a RM3k electronic gadget from them last year but they fail to deliver and refunded me. 1 week later, item arrive. Lol

Thanked God everything I bought from Lazada (Fan RM600+/-, Fridge, Accessories) seems to work well. Just one case, my item (cost RM48+) delivered not enough quantity. But then I contacted Lazada through email, the replied the same day with voucher code RM50. So I use the code to buy the not only 1 but 2 items at the same time. (bought the missing item at much lower price + another gadget) Hmm. Satisfied

I'm expecting to get the item by 9/9/2016

so I called them everyday since 13 Sept to ask for my order status. Lazada CS said the item already with courier la, will revert back la...end up I need to call them everyday.

Just now, Lazada CS called and said courier unable to deliver and ask me if I want a refund.

Now need to wait another 15 working days to get my money back.

End up I go to directd on friday and finally bought Mi note 4. F u lazada for wasting my time.

when i enter my postcode, COD option is available at the product main page. but when i checkout, apply the voucher code as usual, COD is NOT available.

Normal..I kena before. Sometimes the price too cheap they won't honour. Will say no stock.

LAZADA PENIPU SCAMMER     

Placed my order on 14/2 and expected delivery is from 15/2 - 20/2.

Until today still no update on tracking number yet.

Contact the seller (Satu Gadget) and they said Lazada courier had been pickup my item for delivery. However when i checked with Lazada again, my item had been cancelled. Called their CS and they told me my item is out of stock. Promised to refund my money back in these few days.     

Why cant they just put the item as "out of stock" if there were no stock avaiable????   

is your item cheap? using coupon?

Lazada also scamming sellers by saying item lost and only will compensate RM100 only if not insured. Item value definitely more than RM100， so seller lost.
