Lazada Penipu Scammer

I ordered my stuff (sold and fulfilled by lazada) on 15 sep. on that night, i got the sms that said the item has shipped (with skynet tracking number). expected delivery is 21-23 sep, but skynet haven't record anything for ## days already.
email from lazada:
"Regretfully, we should tell you that until now we still need time to resolve your ticket, we could only ask for your patience on this matter, though we know that you have exerted all possible efforts to be patient. We will get back to you as soon as we can solve your concern."
Today, the skynet tracker still shows AWB does not exist.
#%^&$^#@&*^$&*#@% lazada. lazada memang penipu scammer.
On 30 sep, lazada finally resend the item.
lazada has wasted my money & time. with that amount of loss, i can buy a brand new phone at my kampung without the hassle of going through lazada itself.
here's a list of what lazada penipu/scammer has promised but failed:
1) said will reply in 24hrs but never replied
2) said will refund in 48hrs but never refund.
3) said will refund but changed his mind to resend.
4) said will send the item to houseX but finally sent to houseY.
*#@% lazada. lazada memang penipu scammer.

Lazada penipu scammer, including item sold and fulfilled by lazada. AWB does not exist for the 7th day (and counting...) QUOTE The item(s) has already been shipped out with SkyNet - DS. Skynet said there's no record of that item. |

how many days does lazada need to refund us?
yesterday, i called lazada for refund. when i check my stuff in lazada (track my order), there's no update about cancellation or anything.

today marks the 14th day of invalid AWB. Cibai Lazada.
lazada says wanna refund but never refund. then they say wanna keep on tracking the item, but unable to track it.

when i enter my postcode, COD option is available at the product main page. but when i checkout, apply the voucher code as usual, COD is NOT available.

 expected 5-8 sep delivery, but once you buy, the confirmation page says delivery on 8-15 sep. |

how to track when there's no order id? order is missing.
