had no problem with lazada so far. So many stuff can get cheaper than anywhere if you know how.

Just once their delivery was pretty late cause they were using RunningMan delivery which i think is the slowest of all

how many days does lazada need to refund us?
yesterday, i called lazada for refund. when i check my stuff in lazada (track my order), there's no update about cancellation or anything.

lazada still don't want to refund me...and insist wanna resend the item, but didn't provide me any updated AWB or order number

So far okay with Lazada. Buy so many things already.

No delivery problems yet with Lazada but I once had to wait over a month for something I bought from 11 street. Ordered late July, got it early September.

here's a list of what lazada penipu/scammer has promised but failed:
1) said will reply in 24hrs but never replied
2) said will refund in 48hrs but never refund.
3) said will refund but changed his mind to resend.
4) said will send the item to houseX but finally sent to houseY.

*#@% lazada. lazada memang penipu scammer.

Lazada is not reliable anymore. Bought Jadore perfume stated as original from them, received after 7 days, not only late but it was a Fake one. Then they also edit my feed back. Returned the item, they did not ask further question. It's a big scam. Contemplating reporting to KPDNKK.

Now for phone or stuff like that i rather buy from lelong

nope, is trading, even online, once payment make, they need to fufill their promise within certain period, if buyer can proof seller selling something which theybdont have in hand that another case.

Refund is not the end of the contract.

ooooo....lazada mmg begitu...kena 2 kali sejak 2013...Asal barang murah/guna coupon ke...harga bawah market price,memang berjuta alasan xnak jual.. Xde stock la, dah habis la, paling best...cakap dah hantar...lepas tu, cakap barang xleh hantar ( cerita generic yang aku dgr dari member2 yg order barang murah/kupon diskaun dari lazada)
