Order placed on 07/09/2016

I'm expecting to get the item by 9/9/2016

so I called them everyday since 13 Sept to ask for my order status. Lazada CS said the item already with courier la, will revert back la...end up I need to call them everyday.

Just now, Lazada CS called and said courier unable to deliver and ask me if I want a refund.

Now need to wait another 15 working days to get my money back.

- 14/09 CS email at 7.30 PM said will deliver by TODAY (14/09)
- 15/09 (5:00 PM) called CS, CS said item with courier.

End up I go to directd on friday and finally bought Mi note 4. F u lazada for wasting my time.

How does this make them scammers? a price is an offer to treat. A contract does not exist until money and goods change places smile.gif now if they didn't refund, they would be scammers. If they refund, then they refund. Nothing legally compels them to accept your money smile.gif

although how bad lazada might be, they will never tutup kedai, since they already bought over by Alibaba. The reason why their CS is to bad is because they out sourced to PH for low cost.
