Just now I called mofaz services centre to make appointment for car oil life. The person don allow me to book because my mileage not yet due.

Its possible if there is still a long way to go for service and the customer is requesting too early a date.

i think the person dunno that honda civic turbo need to service often. i think la but SA after sales service not bad. On n off helping me to solve those issue.

So how many more km before your service is due?

The rattling noise sometimes there and sometimes gone.. I guess maybe due to our hot weather as i noticed my ride's rattles more especially after i parked under hot sun for few hours..

Anyhow, still finding ways to solve it. Sent to SC, told me they had checked it but no rattling sound. Half day after i collect my car then the annoying sound is back.

now 1200km because i travel approximately 90km per day. hehe

OK. Then they should allow u to make an appointment for service.

my first services is on Aug. 6k plus now.

I agree to this.. Usually SC would take everything apart and check for nosie which i hate it a lot..

the snap joint plastic on cars nowadays is very fragile & soft. u need correct tools to pry out or dismantle the plastic trims.

not a flat head screw driver all the times
