You'd better call again, or call your SA. Seems like the person answering the call is uninformed... Never heard service center to disallow any booking for service before due to mileage not yet due.

Haih.. not professional enough. Yea just text my sa to help me solve it.

Its possible if there is still a long way to go for service and the customer is requesting too early a date.

Second u on this bro..
The rattling noise sometimes there and sometimes gone.. I guess maybe due to our hot weather as i noticed my ride's rattles more especially after i parked under hot sun for few hours..

Anyhow, still finding ways to solve it. Sent to SC, told me they had checked it but no rattling sound. Half day after i collect my car then the annoying sound is back.  sweat.gif  sweat.gif  sweat.gif

OK. Then they should allow u to make an appointment for service.

Whats your total mileage now?
I assume this is your 2nd service? When was your 1st service? Mileage?

A quick question ...

Is the noise level of Michelin Pilot Sport 3 or 4 the same or lower than Civic X's stock Conti MC5 tyres?
Anybody with experience on those Michelin tyres?
