With regards to enquiry, please find the procedure for the exchange policies after discussion with Samsung.
Replacement set can be collected start on 29/9/2016 at nearest Courts branches
You will be contacted by our Courts staff after September 29th, 2016
Replacement will be 1 to 1 exchange – same as per customer order (customer can’t change any color)
Customer will get brand new set not recycle set
Replacement 1 to 1 – customer only just need to bring the phone
Replacement set will come together with Samsung apology card and 2 more FOC for customer
Ø Screen crack protector – 1 years
Ø Screen crack insurance – 1 years
As reference, please keep your enquiry log number XXXXX handy. We will update later which branch to be collected once get confirmation from our HQ.
