I think he not sure. But everyone know NOTE7 got problem. Who will buy Note7?  I think probably no one. You never know which explosive Note 7 you get since some didn't plan to exchange it. For 2nd hand. So really 2nd hand note 7 is probably 0 value. Not worth risking your life and family  life.

Even same doesn't mean it will explode... The battery supplier supplies to a lot of brand not just Samsung or apple.

Just the combination of the other hardware with the battery itself may be the cause of the explosion.

Anyway, now with the spread like that I originally planned to trade in my note 4 for it also have to cancel. Because I always charge my phone and use GPS and drive in my car. I afraid it may explode. Guess note 8 will be my next update.

I agree. Samsung will tighten the QC unless they are giving up the mobile market share.

gonna take some time tho. hopefully note7 will be back on sale by the end of the month. surely their sales hurt a lot due to this issue. regardless I'm still gonna get one.

lol thanks but no thanks. pretty sure they already fix the issue by the time the phone is back on sale. I had great experience with Samsung phone, not so with others.

Oh this. Well, somehow I think this method is only useful do the buyers. For other people who don't use Note 7, they don't really care whether your phone got the sticker or not. What will they do is, "Nampak Note 7, I terus lari". I hope you know what I mean.

Also, in future, let say if I buy a new Note 7, I take it out and go to work with my colleagues. I take it out and yam cha with friends. They all will ask me to prove if my phone is the replacement unit and free of problems. I know this is just a small matter. But after spending 3K, I still need to bear with all those troubles. what a bummer.

I know in the future, Note 7 issues will be fixed and safe. No doubt about that. But in real life scenario, how many people around will understand that? If they do follow the tech news, then it's fine. If they don't, you have to explain to them one by one and prove that your phone is safe.

I know later some people especially those Note 7 supporters will condemn my thoughts. Well, go ahead. I just give my opinions. I have nothing to shame about.

Not sure and their customer service is off for the day. Phone dropped at a very short distance and the screen cracked.

Apple is still the best because the phone is too expensive to begin with that is why they treat us well. Samsung SC is the best but in terms of how  SME handling this case, I think they are not doing it well just like Sony, in my case, Yellow Tint problem on the display. I keep replacing the display almost 5 times, keep ulang alik from Seremban to KL and after that it is okay. Then, the phone start to lag so bad that I just hate the phone. That is why I never trust Sony anymore.
But at least Samsung replace the phone for free where Sony keep repairing the phone until lose one screw.
I called them, they said only 200 units supplied across Malaysia. Not each store but 200 units have to be divided accordingly.
But I still stick to the Note series eventhough the debacle is at its worst. The SC is the best and they really taking good care of me well. After repair my old Note 4, they call me after 1 week to check how was the phone and it is working as expected.

I'm glad they offered replacement. Shit already happened, they're tried to fulfill all those customers demand although some customers demand kinda errrkkkk....haha.

Looks forward for new replacement phone. The note7 in hands feeling really nice, my old s7e just collecting dust in my drawer.

That is why I am so bersyukur got free replacement. Plus with free screen crack protection, that already keep me being a loyal customer. The problem with SME is that they do not communicate with the customers properly. A lot of misinformation. Some say got loan phone, some not. Kalau saya jadi diorang pun marah jugak.
If like Sony, just replace the battery and done with it. No compensation for all the troubles. And one missing screw

Recently I just asked about phone loan if I don't have any spare phone on FB. Samsung SC Seremban just called me around 5 pm and asked me to bring the Note7 phone and they will keep the phone until 29th. And at 29, come back and return the loan phone.
The give me a Note5 Pink. Felt so weird becuse already used a Note5 before.
Now feel much more safer.

So appreciate what Samsung have done to me. Will definitely keep using the Note series devices. This is what I said about the Samsung SC. They are the best in after sales service and always took care of their customers well.
