Samsung Service Center is the best, yesterday I receive a call from my service center asking about how is using the Note5 as a temporary replacement currently. And they also reminded me to bring whole box and receipt when want to claim the replacement unit on the 29th.
I think Samsung is the best after sales in service compared with other brands that I use previously. The worst SC is Sony Mobile. This post has been edited by khainiz94: Sep 16 2016, 12:10 AM |

QUOTE(xDingx @ Sep 15 2016, 10:23 PM) I bought the note 7 from a person who made preorder with Samsung. Unfortunately I don't have the sales receipt. Can the replacement still be made without the sales receipt? Ask him where he bought, you can get the receipt from the retailer... maybe not printed since its different date, but the hand written shall be sufficed |

Can the replacement still be made without the sales receipt? Where did the person purchased the phone from? Is it SME set? All partners that sold the preorder seems to have different set of requirement for exchange, some might required the receipt some might not. I think it is better you enquiry from the place where the phone is purchased what if you don't have (lost) the receipt. |

Not only in Malaysia, even in Asus motherland Taiwan. The Taiwanese users always complain about their SC services all the time. But I heard many people said Dell SC is 5 star. |

I'm just speechless. My friend send his laptop for software problem takes almost 2 weeks to solve. But still, my Asus N56 still going strong after 4 years. Kudos to them for making the best laptop ever. Maybe after this can try a Dell laptop. This post has been edited by khainiz94: Sep 16 2016, 12:36 AM |

QUOTE(sonyclie77 @ Sep 16 2016, 12:36 AM) I thought Samsung already said that the separator between the two plates is too thin causing it to touch when charging or even use in hot conditions? Luckily I'm not using the Note7 and let my SC keep. Too dangerous for me. I'm afraid it will kaboom. This post has been edited by khainiz94: Sep 16 2016, 12:41 AM |

But can't say the same thing to their after sales service, including their smartphone department. But still, my Asus N56 still going strong after 4 years. QUOTE(sonyclie77 @ Sep 16 2016, 12:36 AM) IMO, the correct answers should be one of them. Unfortunately, we probably will never know the exact answer. Samsung probably won't explain to us so detailed since it involves so many levels including the top management decision and some business tactics. As normal users, we can only rely on those experts out there to analyze for us.This post has been edited by Max2006: Sep 16 2016, 12:48 AM |

From iPad 4 and jump to iPad Air 2 this year, that thing just never fail. Always work flawlessly. That is the advantage of iOS, smoothness and stability. In term of SC services, Samsung and Apple are the best. Huawei is coming up to the next. I was thinking to buy a spare phone from Huawei, interested on the new Huawei Honor 8, but already spend too much. So have to wait. |

But we all know some people would be skeptical about it and eventually they would go to conduct their own researches, hence those multiple theories out there. |

![]() Seriously ppl ... can we just stop and wait for 29th ? Too much post here la ...less bullshit and more OFFICIAL informations please QUOTE(dingz @ Sep 15 2016, 11:08 AM) Anyone here knows how to properly use the note 7 slow motion function? I use this function alot and I don't think it's refered as "fps", the speed is only 1/2, 1/4 or 1/8. First of all, i cant figure out how to set the fps settings for slow mo. There is no options for 120 or 240. Second, after i shot the video, there is always a part of the video where it is sped up. Also cant figure out how to make the whole video completely slow mo. No answers from mr. Google Like you mentioned there is a part that's white, that's the slow mo part, just drag the left bar to most left and the right bar to most right then your whole video is slowmo, unless you have 2 "sections" then u need to delete 1 of them ... after u drag the window till max, click on the timeline once, you should get option for the speed which is by default 1/4 i think ... i always change it to 1/8 |
