i think the card is registered for person under 18. thats why la denied by paypal becoz paypal need 18 years old in their T&C.

QD, i think you better check your exact registered First Name. Go to ATM, deposit some money( rm30 min i think) and keep the receipt. When adding card at paypal, use the name on the receipt as your 1st name. Mine denied at 1st try but after trying this, my account verified already..

yep... of cos you can =)
that's why alot malaysian are trying to get a US based bank account , so they can use it to TT their funds back to their bank accounts in Malaysia.. or use those US based debit card to get funds out of paypal..

Due to large amount of fraud from malaysia about a year ago back.. Personally I'm using a singaporean bank

that's right... sad to say that malaysia is still listed in the world's scam and fraud list... thats why they don't allow withdrawal to banks in malaysia

and that's the reason why alot of online store doesn't include Malaysia as their shipping destination
