If you use cash deposit, choose Card Payment, it will transfer your money to your PB Visa Electron account.

there are a number of other options; each with pros and cons. You'll need to really read the small prints in their agreements.

To verify PayPal any credit/debit Visa or MasterCard will do.

Ok so far from what I know and source from different blogger and forum.

Here's a list of cards that can withdraw money from PayPal
# Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card
# Al-Rajhi ATM Debit Card i
# UOB ATM with VISA Electron
# TuneMoney.com VISA Debit Card

Here's a list of cards that can't withdraw money from PayPal
# AFFINBANK Debit MasterCard
# Ambank NexG Debit Card
# MOL Freedom debit card
# Alliance Bank International Debit Card
# BSN Matix Visa Electron
# Maybank Visa Debit Card

and its possible that Maybank Visa debit card can't verify PayPal.
Haven't try it, since its new.

What are the error log said?
Does your card have the sufficient fund for verification purpose?
You need at least 2usd for that.

if my account have USD100 paypal fund, but I need to pay USD110 to buyer, do the paypal will automatic deducted USD10 from credit card??

Or it will deducted USD110 from credit card and kept USD100 paypal funds in account?

From my experience, if your PayPal balance have insufficient funds than they will deduct from your credit card.
But you can choose to pay by credit card or PayPal balance.
If you pay by credit card than the remaining PayPal balance will still stay in your account.
