Can anyone help for solving verify paypal account problem? I had 6.40USD inside the account but when i used my PB Visa Electron to verify, it shown the following word
This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.

Added on April 1, 2008, 9:20 pmCan anyone tell me more info about the PB Visa Electron Automatic Fund Transfer and how to top up the debit card. Thank you.

If you use cash deposit, choose Card Payment, it will transfer your money to your PB Visa Electron account.

Besides using cash deposit machine, can i use the online banking to transfer money to my account?
