I'm going to withdraw funds to my Maybank account. Will Maybank charge any fees? I got Rm1xxx .. Should I withdraw all or left some in the Paypal? If withdraw all won't have any problems right?
*
Won't got any charges probably. Withdraw all loh if u're not using. Then paypal will usually call you up for confirmation of the withdrawal.

how?

When u create a paypal account your status will be unverified. Press the "unverified" button to link your credit card to your paypal. Once success your status will show "verified" and you might start withdrawing money for payments from your card.

Can I convert Ringgit to SGD in paypal? I wan to buy stuff from SG, but I only have USD(no problem) and Ringgit in my Paypal balance, and it seems I cant convert Ringgit to any other currency. Help?
*
You can only withdraw RM but can't convert it to other currency. Only Usd is able to do that =( So the RM is not much use actually since seldom there's merchant from Malaysia using Paypal payment in RM.

but got new problem now.....paypal F*****G frozen my account for stupid reason " unusual activity"!!

Ya they always do that and will keep doing it again until you verify your Paypal account by linking your credit/debit card. Maybe that's part of their marketing strategy.

It happened after 4-5 hours I verified my account with Maybank visa debit. Now duno what to do...have to borrow my friend paypal account to deal with my oversea client....so suck!
*
But what is weird is that they even limit your account even though for just topping it up. Very strange practice they have. Try email them by clicking the contact them button. Usually will be solved in 1 or 2 days.

I try to call to ask them for the Paypal Code . Now Paypal accept Top Up Paypal Funds from any bank but they charged RM 2.00 for the fees
*
Yeah could use the top up service but try seeing post #1448. Not sure they would limit your account. It's recommended to link your card if you're using it frequently.

This few weeks, Paypal bring a lots of problem to me. Now it really make me hate to use Paypal anymore , My Paypal Account was limited last weeks and I wasting a lots times for uploading the documents until the problem solved. After few days later, My Paypal Account was restored so I asking my friend for helping me for purchasing some things. Once I sent My Paypal Funds to my friend account , My Paypal Account limited again. Now they asking me to explaining why I sending the Paypal Funds and waiting for their suck and slow as snail service for reply me

Try upgrading your paypal account from Personal to Premier, it would actually solve the problem. As there was some limitation on sending and receiving money if your account is personal or non-verified. Hope this helps

Try asking them why your Paypal will be limited all the sudden. I used Dbs sg and Public bank link to my Paypal with no problem at all

How to complain it to government about Paypal try to scam people money ?? I just call and talk with them and they say they will review My Paypal Account and after that I received an e-mail that told me that PayPal appeal denied‏ . I also told by my friend that Paypal saw u have lots of Paypal Funds balance , they will try to limit your account and scam u
*
That's nothing much you could do since Paypal is consider third party and located out of Malaysia. The most you could do is to sue them. But I think somewhere in their user agreement give them rights to take your money without your permission. Try using Escrow service which is similar to Paypal

I would like to ask, anyone here knows what are the possible reason Paypal will automatically dispute a payment we made?

I have read some horror stories where a person paying for games on Steam had Paypal dispute his payment (the user did not start it) and Paypal confirmed that they are waiting for an email reply from Steam. Steam thought the guy disputed it, lock his account and all his games and insist that he close the dispute himself which he cannot do since Paypal started the dispute and insist on waiting for Steam's reply which they never did.

Anyway, I'd like to know what are the possible reason Paypal would do that?

Hopefully I can prevent it myself >.<
*
Seems like a rare case to me. Paypal wouldn't start a dispute if non has filed it. So I guess it's just technical error or there is a hack attempt occurred. In case such matter happens, all you can is just contact them and let them tell you what to do, otherwise the dispute should not be valid in the first place.

So far I have no problem using Paypal except a few limitation issues which is usually solved within 3days.

Did a transaction of around RM1,000 ringgit according to google converter from USD --> Ringgit.

But I've only received RM940. Man... the conversion rate is so..... >.>
*
It's using their own Paypal conversion. The net amount is actually shown there before you withdraw. Their conversion rate always sux. That's why you could see people selling Paypal funds instead of withdrawing out.

It had been 4 days since I request for the 4 digit code but I still have not receive it. I linked my paypal with Mol Paypal card. Where can I find my code? In the overview paypal account? I called EON bank and the computer generated said my card number is not activated (maybe it is under prepaid card). Bank statement? Confusion~
*
It should be on your bank statement. If you don't have bank statement then you have to call them up for the code.

i would like to ask how much is the service charges if I use my paypal account to pay money to hong kong seller? They do everything in USD right? Will is be more expensive if compare to western union?
*
And also much more safer in case of frauds. If your seller is from China or Hk demanding payment in Western Union only, then you have to be very careful.

I got an error from merchant's portal or https://www.mepsfpx.com.my.
it say that something about transaction error.
*
It will be refunded. U may want to call up maybank to clear up the refund faster.

Paypal just started implement top up services just few months ago. And some old paypal account including mine doesn't even have the top up feature. =(

Try using other banks. Perhaps it's caused by a bug in maybank server.

Currently having

1) Mol Paypal Digital Card
2) ATM Withdrawal Pin (6digits)

Does not have

1) E-Banking account
2) 4 digit code paypal
3) Bank statement

Problems

1) Called EON customer service and it said my phone banking is not activated yet.
2) I believe that I can get my 4 digit code if I have E-Banking.
3) To register for E-banking I need T-Pin.
4) Process Error when I request for T-Pin.

Enquiry

1) Can this card get an E-Banking since this card is issued by EON bank?
2) Do I need to go to their ATM, insert my card, enter my Pin, request for the T-Pin and apply for Phone Banking? By the way my area do not have this bank.
*
Most bank cards are allowed to have e-banking these days. But in order to register e-banking u should have the t-pin which could be gotten over their ATM machine. If your area does not have the ATM, I guess u couldn't get the t-pin, therefore u will not get the 4digit number in your e-statement.

My solution here is, register a new bank account with another bank. Debit card also could be linked to paypal. Not necessary credit card.
