i just create and sign up for paypal acc.,and this morning just receive PP confirmation code.
even debit card/my saving account is able to make online shopping.
unfortunately im still unable make payment via paypal direct by my debit card [my credit balance on usd3.90]
my question is:

how to make direct payment use debit card/deduct direct to my saving account? and
how to top up my paypal ?

i am using Maybank to link with my Paypal,and i already register n activated my MSOS.,till today i already call 6 times maybank customer service.
they said on they part/mbb all ok.,even i already setup my online purchase limit.
and i already make almost 20 times payment and all denied or decline!
item to buy ard rm280 - usd94/- , limit setup rm350.
and this is my 1st time using paypal and purchase item outside malaysia.
any other way to settel my payment?

but pb stafs says there is no such thing,can buy online use this debit card,this debit card just purpose for swap purchase/local purchase only.,pb not allowed online purchase or any online oversea purchase... lor...

im having trouble buying somethinng on ebay priced at rm1300 ,
when i tried to make the transaction , paypal asked me to use another debit/credit card .  I think this might be a problem with rm1000 limit but i dont know if its the limit from paypal or my card issued bank.Anyone knows on how to remove the rm1000 limit ?
PS:I've already verified my account & used pp many times before

If I wanna cash out my money from Paypal into my Debit card, If its in USD, I'll get charges + exchange rates charges right?
but if its in Rm, there won't be any exchange rates right?

Hello just wanted to ask , what for i wanted to link my credit/debit card to my paypal account when i can use the bank account i've linked to it to make payment and withdraw fund??And beside that i'm a noob so i need to ask something,how paypal use our bank account number specified by us to make payment when the bank account number can only be use for depositing $$??Because i saw my mum give our house tenant her bank account number and the tenant will deposit rental to my mum account every month,and my mum told me the account number can only let us deposit $$ but not take,so why paypal mention we can use bank account to make payment??

you cannot add fund through debit/credit,

however you can use debit/credit card pay through paypal. correct me if i wrong xD

But RHB bank mention they've the function where you could add fund

Nono i not say my mum has a paypal account,she doesn't own one,but she has a saving account in CIMB bank , and we owned a house at pg and is currently renting it out , so the tenant would pay us the rental monthly through bank in , so my mum give him her bank account number so that he could bank in every month through ATM by using the number,and i just wonder whether the bank account can only use to deposit money or it could withdraw money too.So if it can be use to withdraw money,why my mum dooesn't hesitate to give the tenant her saving account number??Can't the tenant just use the saving account number to withdraw my mum account $$??And if answer is saving account cannot be used to withdraw $$ but can deposit $$,why in paypal they mention backup payment by using your saving account number since they cannot withdraw $$ from using the number

So does it mean,as long as people know our debit and credit card number and code behind it,they can take our money or use our credit card number to buy stuff??

So that's mean other site that doesn't require activation code , people can just use our money by knowing the info mention??Like when u buy from a person online,you give him your credit card number,so that's mean he can take how much he want already??
