Hi I wanna to know how to add money/top up to paypal by using public bank acct??

Well, I have a question.

I have a Paypal a/c in UK. (Verified)

Now I back to Malaysia, I wish to add in local (Issue from Malaysia) debit card/ credit card to my Paypal a/c in UK. However, Paypal (UK) refuse me to add in all oversea debit/credit card.

So is there anyway I can solve this things out without open a new Paypal a/c in Malaysia?
For your info: I cant open new paypal a/c in Malaysia. The system will bounce me back to UK paypal when I fill in my personal detail.

i already link my account to my paypal,
and i still cant purcase it..
iam not sure if its the card or the store..
my card is still new..

Dear all, need to get advice on your experience. Currently im selling my ipad in Mudah and got 1 guy from Nigeria offer me that. Very fast we close the deal and he immediately pay the payment through Paypal to my Public Bank Account but the payment are still on hold under Paypal until i able to provide Tracking Number.

So my question is, will the guys cancel off his payment once received the tracking number?

is it possible im doing online shopping with just enter last 3 digit at the back of debit card instead of credit card payment?
