hello, im new to paypal.
i have a question about getting my acc verified with my debit card.
paypal already charged me $ but where can i find the statement?
tried to go to ATM machine, shows nothing about paypal there.
pbebank also show nothing about paypal.
im using public bank debit card.
i try to verify the card yesterday. 2march.

example:
Available Balance : rm135.40
Current Balance : rm250.00 <--this is my real balance since i just apply account and the card.(debit card)
Hold Amount  : rm113.60

i bought something. total (not including paypal charge rm10) : rm95.
if total all, including paypal charge = rm135.40.
i dont know they charge what else. but thats the only thing i bought. rm95.
really confuse laa

i link my maybank visa debit card. i got their transaction but i cannot see the ref number.. what todo? it charge rm10 ringgit.

hi guys. actually what is the withdrawal fee from paypal to a personal account, say maybank? it says there RM3.00 if amount is less than RM400.

but theres 2 options here.
1. withdraw to your bank account
2. withdraw to your card (this fee RM20)

so whats the difference??

It used to be that Paypal allowed other banks apart from RHB to top-up Paypal accounts, but it's no longer the case. Does anyone know why Paypal removed all the other banks? It's annoying because I use Maybank and I want to pay for something with Paypal. If there isn't enough money in my Paypal account to pay for an item, will Paypal withdraw the rest of the cost from my bank account, or charge it to my credit card? And are there additional charges for that?

We booked a hotel for our taiwan trip on coming may, but they request a deposit from us via paypal. So, now I open an account and link my public bank debit card just now. So what should i do?

1) I linked my public bank debit card "got VISA mark" with my paypal account already, is'it need waiting something from public bank? like code or wat, or straight can use?

2) others than RHB bank no need to top up also can use? even the paypal account balance is zero? after make the payment will be deduct from debit card?

3) the deposit request is based on taiwan dollar, so how it deduct from my debit card? based on bank currency rate to deduct?

Anyone here with the same error from ebay??

I was at the ebay checkout screen , wanted to pay for an item that I have bought from ebay,

when I click "continue with paypal", after entering my paypal password, this error message will always appear

"Please add a bank account to your PayPal account to complete this purchase. For further assistance, follow the steps listed in the PayPal Help Center"

Where I have already linked my credit card, add in a bank account, this error message will still apear.

Any expert can help me sort this out?

i complained to the staff of paypal, and they told me the name of my paypal account and the name of my bank account dont match!

how is it that i make sure that it matches?? i tried changing the name of my paypal account, but it asks for so many documents! is that the only way around this?

by using another bank, does that mean i have to open up a new account?

which names from both paypal and my bank account which I have to match? i am now clueless of what exactly i have to do. I know that I have to match the name, but what would be the best way?

I'm thinking that changing my name on paypal (clueless whether this option i should do the document sending method or simply the bank account method) should be the simplest way~ am i wrong?

I just linked my debit card and got it verified. The thing is, if I wanna buy something from ebay, do I need to top up my Paypal acc first or just straight deduct from my debit card acc?

If need to top up, is there any other option? As I can only see the RHB link.

I try to use Gift option to transfer from US Paypal to Malaysia Paypal. But it said I need Credit Card.

May I know what is the best way to transfer money from US Paypal to Malaysia? I don't really need to transfer from US Paypal to Malaysia Paypal. I just need to withdraw money from US Paypal account.

Unfortunately my Paypal account is US account. So I can only add US bank account. If use withdraw, I can only withdraw to US bank account
