hi, erm... currently can use mol point to topup paypal onot?

hi guys. I tried to withdraw funds to my bank account and it failed T_T

i complained to the staff of paypal, and they told me the name of my paypal account and the name of my bank account dont match!

how is it that i make sure that it matches?? i tried changing the name of my paypal account, but it asks for so many documents! is that the only way around this?

The name that shows out in your bank statement should be same with the name you type when you withdraw the funds. It's just part of their security feature.

Just use another bank then if you doesn't want to go through all the hassle changing the documents.. Simple

by using another bank, does that mean i have to open up a new account?

which names from both paypal and my bank account which I have to match? i am now clueless of what exactly i have to do. I know that I have to match the name, but what would be the best way?

I'm thinking that changing my name on paypal (clueless whether this option i should do the document sending method or simply the bank account method) should be the simplest way~ am i wrong?

I just linked my debit card and got it verified. The thing is, if I wanna buy something from ebay, do I need to top up my Paypal acc first or just straight deduct from my debit card acc?

If need to top up, is there any other option? As I can only see the RHB link.

I thought only the name written during the withdrawal in Paypal should match with the name shown in your bank account would do. Not that the name in your Paypal match with the name shown in bank account. I'm also confused already..

LOL.. I think I'm already on the verge of giving up on this Instead, I think I'm just gonna buy something. What if I want to buy sth worth RM300 but my paypal account got RM250 only but my bank account got more than the difference?

Previously,i was staying in Australia and have been using PayPal Australia.Now,i'm in Malaysia and need to pay something via PayPal.
My question is,
Do i need to open a new account as i am unable to change the billing address in Australia on my current PayPal.

Yup it will deduct the RM250 from your Paypal and RM50 from your bank account automatically..

Anyone here having payment pending problems..? Recently I purchase something online and pay via PayPal. At first few try I got error when try to pay via PayPal. After few moments, I try again and success pay with PayPal. I checked my Maybank account and can see PayPal deduct the amount I paid for the item purchased.

Today i receive email from the web which i purchase something regarding the paypal payment. They said paypal declined the process.

When I check transaction history in paypal, the payment status is still pending. Then i email paypal regarding this issue. I got a reply from paypal and they said that Maybank might declined the transaction. Item purchased is not exceed the limit by the way.

Then i call maybank customer service and ask them regarding this issue. The representative do some checking and said there were no problem with the transaction. She said if the transaction failed, the amount deducted will be refund in 16 working days.

Anyone having this kind of problems b4..? Need some advice / help regarding this issue. How can i resolve this problems and proceed with the transaction without waiting 16 working days. Its already been 8 days since payment made to paypal (5th April). Help~

i didnt top up but use direct deduct from the bank account
so, since i use bank direct service, is the bank itself set any charges, above the purchase price, to any of my transaction?
