Anyone here having payment pending problems..? Recently I purchase something online and pay via PayPal. At first few try I got error when try to pay via PayPal. After few moments, I try again and success pay with PayPal. I checked my Maybank account and can see PayPal deduct the amount I paid for the item purchased.

Today i receive email from the web which i purchase something regarding the paypal payment. They said paypal declined the process.

When I check transaction history in paypal, the payment status is still pending. Then i email paypal regarding this issue. I got a reply from paypal and they said that Maybank might declined the transaction. Item purchased is not exceed the limit by the way.

Then i call maybank customer service and ask them regarding this issue. The representative do some checking and said there were no problem with the transaction. She said if the transaction failed, the amount deducted will be refund in 16 working days.

Anyone having this kind of problems b4..? Need some advice / help regarding this issue. How can i resolve this problems and proceed with the transaction without waiting 16 working days. Its already been 8 days since payment made to paypal (5th April). Help~
