It should be back as your Paypal balance. If the balance haven't show up, probably have to wait 1 day after the refund notification. It takes only one day for me, except that eBay system has some glitches, which happened to me once before, then have to call eBay up.

Try searching your Paypal transaction list for the transaction and click details. It will show either the funds been refunded or not.

Also did you filed a case against the seller in eBay? If so then you might want to check your eBay under resolution case. Chances are the funds will be refunded only when the item is returned to the seller, provided with shipping tracking number.

Both eBay and paypal doesn't have a specific email. You can contact them by sending them a message under the contact us button once logged in.

I need about US$800. How do I convert from MYR -> Paypal USD..? If I use credit card how much will it cost me?

I used to buy paypal funds here and I m2u over, that's very easy... but for some reason it doesn't seem allowed anymore.

So I'll ask differently, if anybody here wishes to "help" me get my USD800 successfully transacted by any "achievable means"... just pm me.

If you have already linked your credit or debit card to paypal, you can still use it eventhough your balance shows 0, there's no need to purchase funds as it will direct debit from your card's savings account.

For debit card there is no charges, credit card not sure bt should be the same

in my transaction list it show as Status: Refunded. Does this mean is refunded?

and is it possible for the seller to pull back the refund?

The seller could appeal and get back the funds. But in your case I think it should be refunded to you already. Have to call up eBay or paypal to check about this as it might be an error.

okay.thanks for the reply.

got a email from them. stated that "Normally, it will take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your credit card account and at most 30 days to appear on your credit card statement. Therefore, we recommend you to check for your next paper statement for the updates of this transaction."

so i guess i just have to wait.

thanks again.

No that won't happen. You need to topup your account, but for USD minimum amount is $50. Paypal won't deduct from your RHB acc, you need to top up your paypal account or pay with your cards (attach to your paypal account).

It will auto deduct from your account if you have linked your debit/credit card to your Paypal account. No need to top up your Paypal account. Top up is only useful for those that doesn't have debit/credit card or whoever that doesn't want to link their card to Paypal.
