did u got a test unit above?

Yeah, they were gracious enough to provide a review unit. Yet unboxed.. but I'll sort that and put it through its paces.. See how it measures up against the L55.. Naturally I expect the latter to perform better. So won't be surprised if it does. Got any concerns I can check out for you?

Can it plays DirectTV in HD?

Can someone advise good model for Beelink? With chinese, korean, english movies, HD sports channels.

Also, how much is the Beelink box? Any seller recommendation with installation in KL?

Looking at GT King. Any cheaper model will suffice?

Suggest your keep the money for GT King but buy a box RM250 and less, at least for a start.

Seems from what you have posted, maybe you have got wrong idea about "no-content" boxes vs those Ah hem boxes which "bundled" illegal content into their boxes.

I just made a purchase for GT King on Lazada with pre-installed apps/channels. Hope it's a simple plug and play..

Oh yeah.. This really tiny tiny bundle will be dropped soon.. Still under production, working on squashing a few FW bugs first.. after the update and given the all clear... Will run it through it's paces.

This box is also rooted and plays netflix 4k.

I spotted from this review that the ESN number for the GT1-A is also carrying 'xiaomi' something something 'beelink' something something  ( different number from MXQ Cube S10X ) :-



Beelink should be a more established name than the MXQ, and this makes me wonder if the ESN has got xiaomi something something is that a permitted sharing or something else. Or possibly netflix only matches part of the full ESN string.
