EcoSky shoplots are vped as well.. So far only have donut coffee, hinata cafe and mynews?

EcoMajestic first phase already vped, shoplots shall be vped soon, so far zero confirmed tenant and zero new amenity shall be built. The sports complex which promised to be built since day 1 launching of the terrace house still zero progress on the site..




257 just started launching already attract many establish tenants into their mall.. EW lose 9 streets...

Yeah, I shared the similar view that EW still needs to prove itself in the commie and high rise segments. Not sure about the EB side as my WiFi signal can't reach that far. EcoSky I saw from their FB got KK Supermart will be coming in. The rest... to be revealed in due course. Lol.

I think EW should seriously relook into the strategy in this aspect as it is largely a township developer and commie (and high rise) are the crucial elements in it.

EM time will come for sure.
Maybe u can start the 1st comm on your shoplot?

It's park of the central lake/garden shared by Tropicana Aman and Eco Sanctuary. Its also open to the public. I don't think u can access it easily fro. Parque, you need walk out the opposite direction and make one big round to reach it.

Yes, it is public and you need to come out from Parque to walk to the lake.

Parque has it's own lake and pebble beach.
