Eco Boulevard shoplots in EcoBotanic heard already vp? Any big tenant started the business?

EcoSky shoplots are vped as well.. So far only have donut coffee, hinata cafe and mynews?

EcoMajestic first phase already vped, shoplots shall be vped soon, so far zero confirmed tenant and zero new amenity shall be built. The sports complex which promised to be built since day 1 launching of the terrace house still zero progress on the site..

Well, I am not sure if ES is using the cheap materials and poor craftmanship... Perhaps owners can comment. But it seems like many McMansion in States do use the slanted roof design as well..

Housing development in Malaysia mostly are mass produced, especially landed by big developer. Setia Alam used to be a suburb area as well, new township takes time to grow.

Canal city not only consists of EcoSantuary alone. Other developers have different design as well. Perhaps can make a round and try to see the area when all these units are VP.

Ok, perhaps it is improper to use Setia Alam as the example, Puchong used to be suburb as well.

Some of my friends also anti plaster ceiling, said it is not practical and reduce ceiling height.. Artistic design vs practical usage, sometime I think up to individual preference..

Just use the existing points (with wiring built-in) provided by the developer, no fancy lightning with T5 / T8 LED tube..
