Splendid!  It's a tad bit too uniform that renders the development look like a typical McMansion development in the states. Flat roof with minimal clearance from the ceiling in tropical climate? Good luck with water proofing work and cooling cost. 

EW should have adopted EA/EF design with slanted roof in their flagship development.

Please re-read the definition of McMansion.

It's definitely a mass produced with poorly thought out designed houses that happened to be huge and located in a suburb.

Setia Alam is a suburb, to be exact, Setia Alam is still a huge construction site. Being mass-produced is fine if there are variations in designs. This one looks too uniformed. When the trees and shrubs mature, maybe it will change how the whole place looks and uniformity will be less jarring.

We see ppl doing impractical things all the time, eg. wearing high heels. Yes, beauty does come with price n pain literally lol.

one guy bought 4 units, never lived there.....left to collect dust. think he very rapat with tan sri. his son once moved in but his grandson kena kidnapped....then his son also left.

few units owners never stayed there, only for rent. most bungalows required constant maintainence. cheap paint setia used, so need to repaint exterior every 3 to 5 yrs.

but after phase 5, setia dun allow owners to select n pick their facade on the plot of land. so the designer street not as FREE as phase 5.

after 2 years, underground pipe bocor.....cost me some money to re route water source also, beside ceiling leakage. i agree with hisham that flat roof, really need to design and built properly otherwise endless nightmare.

that's why apa setia brand, ew brand, dapat rumah, stay for 2 yrs at least before judge.
