Hehe... I think whether RM500k worth or not is not just measured by the size, the dimension and the materials as they mentioned (though these are part of considerations too), but the intangible parts as well, ie the quality of life / environment, the perception and sense of premium. After all, buying property is sth very personal.

Yup, there is such a huge potential in Canal City whereby the 3 big developers (IJM, Tropicana, EW) and now plus another one, Gamuda offering different products that cater to diverse group of buyers (though there might be some overlapping). I can foresee a success in this area!
