It's park of the central lake/garden shared by Tropicana Aman and Eco Sanctuary. Its also open to the public. I don't think u can access it easily fro. Parque, you need walk out the opposite direction and make one big round to reach it.

Then it is West Lake, the shared park with TA.
Yes, it is public and you need to come out from Parque to walk to the lake.

Parque has it's own lake and pebble beach.

Yup.
In terms of landed, ES seems to have some success in marketing their product at a premium. In design, density, size, finishing etc.

However, they had little success when they try the same with Parque. The premium wasn't justify despite having it's own lake and nice greens. The pricing was too high and creep into their own landed properties i.e. dslh terraza
That's why mostly the smallest unit in Parque move i.e. the 1 bedders. To make matters worse, the design where really off and confusing with some larger units also being 1+1 type.

I believe the revise plan for the remaining 3 blocks will be smaller units with lower absolute price but still higher than Amber and the Aman series to continue to differentiate themselves.
The downside of this is that Parque will have a higher density. The initial density was just under 80 units/acre which was considered mid density. So there is still room to increase the density as nowdays it is common to see 120 units/acre.

ES still have two or three lands earmarked for highrise.

Let see how things unfold.

Tenby International School Tropicana Aman - 3 mins drive
Oasis International School - 6 mins drive
MAHSA International School - 10 mins drive away at Bandar Saujana Putra
Kingsley International School - 20 mins drive away at Putra Heights
Victoria International School (VIS), Banting -27 mins drive away
Taylor’s International School Puchong - 26 mins drive away
Rafflesia International & Private Schools Puchong - 23 mins drive away
The Alice Smith School, Seri Kembangan - 29 mins drive away
Sunway International School - 25 mins drive away
Fairview International School Subang Jaya Campus - 24 mins drive away

Here is our dilemma
Which International school to send our son to?
We would love to hear feedback from the local Malaysian with their experience at these schools.
