SA claims Tenby will be ready same time as Bayan.

Ofcourse Oasis @ RImbayu will be up first if you are interested in American education system...

Actually construction times for schools are much easier/faster then houses. Huge time saved on finishing works.

Checking the published price for Parque Residences... its working out to be around RM770/sf.

ANyone knows what is the current offer for the 750sqft unit (single bed room) after discount etc?

I'm looking for a 700ish sqft condo around Canal area... and noticed Parque is going for around RM750/sf?!

GOt discount issit... cause this kinda pricing is abit gila leh in today's market environment...
