But... Tropicana Strata Living.... from personal experience i advise against it...

Hardware ok, the software ridiculous.

Tropicana property management refuse to convene AGM to setup JMB even after 1.5 yrs from VP date. Claim only wants to go straight to MC which will take another ~3 yrs. In the meantime time they have full control over management of funds collected from residents without any oversight.

Tropicana Aman havent even started defect rectification after 6 months... need wait until owner invoke S&P clause to carry out defect by their own and backcharge Tropicana baru they come meeting and want to discuss...

Well the house itself surely ES beat TA/IJM flat. For similarly sized units between SEMI D (Monterey vs Cheria), ES is priced 500k premium, if its not better then it would be conjob.

However, another area where ES rises head and shoulders above TA is the aftersales. The TA management of the Strata living concept is horrendous. Just imagine, TA's Cheria is 1.5 yrs pass VP date and Tropicana management still refused to convene an AGM to setup the JMB. They insist on managing it all themselves even the maintenance fees from owners is paid directly into Tropicana's own account....

Eco is very organised with regards to this, they have uniformed extension plan/facade so all still looks good and nice.

As for Tropicana, PMO (still under tropicana) just say no, even swimming pools they will not give permission...

If given a choice, for strata, pls buy Eco/Gamuda... avoid Tropicana like the plague

Gotta sayEco facade design is really top notch... their Terrace looks like Semi D, and their Semi D look like bungalow...
