Don't know where else to ask this, but anyone heard of a project by "duduk" called "se.RUANG"? apparently is some agreement with ecoworld to build a low cost apartment in eco sanctuary.

Hello everyone! Last year 2018, we moved from Kota Kemuning to Canal City/ Tropicana Aman. After I've surveyed all the Big 4 developers in this area. I find that this area will be booming and still very new, so we love it.

There are many type of properties here, it depends on your budget & requirement. I can share what i have surveyed =)

This area still not boom after 5 years, next 5 years if boom also bcos of property boom.

And, Not many types. Mostly landed

They are building it at the location attached.
Looks like nearby to Gamuda's 257 Amber residence

I thot this parcel is for eco somerset with convention center? low cost apartment??? so weird??

1000 sqft from 393k, service apartment, commercial title, 2023 completion.

400k cannot be low costs lar.. otherwise the marketing fail..

So cheap o? Got facilities like gyms, pools, games rooms, or is it similar to flat? Commercial title, got a lot shops?

still waiting for showroom to be ready in July, then will provide more information. As far as I know, from the ecoworld masterplan, it is built in a shoplot area with their own shops downstairs also.

One of my Hong Kong buddy has a change of plan due to the unexpected COVID 19 pandemic.
Instead of buying a luxury high rise condo downtown KLCC, he now wants to buy a low density landed bungalow at ES instead.
Grandezza bungalow looks good to him.

I understand why your friend want to avoid downtown KL now and go with low density and well landscape landed property instead after Covid 19. He is practicing social distancing with his investment property Hahahaha.

The rental tenancy agreement has not expired.
We are still looking around.

By the way, do you like renovating and/or personalising your unit?

If yes pls buy EcoSanctuary.

Cause I can tell you right now Cheria you CANNOT do anything. Even if you want to change yoru window frame cannot, put in some awning cause rain splash directly onto your main door also cannot, etc etc. Pretty sure you buy Dahlia also will be same.

I believe the purchase price is lower compared to snp price due to there developer discount
