Overall, IMO the end result is quite good. I still cannot see the big deal of the slope from the video that the forumners talked for dunno how many version in EM thread.

Slope is unavoidable given it is gentle undulating terrain. If you own the lower point... Then blame your own luck or didn't clarify with SA.

But for my eyes... I still can accept the slope.

IMO, its perfectly fine to support where your money is. Hope is good, but like most bigger size developments, it will be like same o same o after x or xx years. then someone will start talking about Banting and how wonderful the property development there.

If you see the BR masterplan, it is VERY close to SKVE and yet.. the developer didn't build direct access and rather the residents need to use other township access ie KK and BSP. This point alone, EA/SEP/SA already won hands down. In current sluggish market, developers still keep building and expect prospect to buy the projects without getting developer's commitment for infra enhancement.

I cannot see the big potential where developer not even put in written CAPEX commitment for infra upgrades. If just item 1~8, almost any new townhips have these...

Both need maintenance and capex work .. the tiled roof after 15 years also need to repair and changed...
