Eco Ardence is located in Setia Alam. Anyway, no doubt that eco world have the best landscape design and township planning, if really apple to apple to compare Eco Sanctuary, then go for Eco Ardence. SP Setia also not bad, better than Elmina and Jelutong.

Elmina will be a quiet and peaceful place, if you want that life style, you can go for it, my friend stay in a million house in Denai Alam, but always need to travel to somewhere for lunch or dinner. If you really like to hang out in Subang 2 area, then just go for it.

My point of view, Setia Alam is the best among that three options.

24x60 is actually 19x45.

The 24 feet is only the living hall, even master bedroom upstair is not 24 feet, just 19 feet.

No wonder only 1,700sf. No maid room, no family area. Better stay in a condo in central location. This location already consider suburb, at least give people a decent size.

indeed designing staircase in such a way will take up spaces, not sure why such design is widely used now.

Different la... Tropicana Aman is not considered "Luxury Development" like EcoSanctuary.

They do 5 feet side land at dining area to the back. That means only living hall is linked to next unit.

Stand width for landed shud around 16ft, where 20ft - 4ft staircase... 900k can buy a large unit of condo at outskirt of KL, at least 1.4k sf? ..
