No wonder only 1,700sf. No maid room, no family area. Better stay in a condo in central location. This location already consider suburb, at least give people a decent size.

It's not spacious but got several designs to choose one. Quite creative that we can customize the floorplan and have that selection into SNP.
Given that facade and small garden, i think the price is reasonable.
