u signed DMC.. whatever u build without approval from MC/JMB ... can be teardown and fine.

Strictly speaking, DMC is just the contractual obligations between purchasers and developer. It's the by-laws & additional by-laws that the JMB/MC rely on in managing the precint.

Outside precinct lo. After another drive yesterday late evening, I actually found out it is 4 semi D units being renovated but none of the linked units being renovated. But that's what I can see from the main road only la anyway.

If thats true atleast i can do some awning at the sides... maybe glass curtain for my balcony (most useless thing ever in our country)..

Oh and put a gate in... suprisingly i chatted with some owner.. they are AGAINST other owners having gates... geez.. if really MC say no gates then I'm gonna get myself 3 pitbulls and let them roam...

u can see example in bukit rimau GnG.. if u put gated, its show you are selfish and not considerate.

2. What if my kid playing in my garden, then my neighbour's dog came in? Who is responsible for that?
