since this is a proper GnG, local council only approved it IF approval is obtained from management body.

unlike fnG, if management body don't approve it, easy, just pay money to local council to approve and reno it. at best, management body will forfeit yr fee.

Its about Strata, so JMB comes first before it involves any council

Stricter rule apply lah ie if either the JMB/MC or local authority says no means no. Anyway, at present moment no JMB formed yet and it's still under the developer management period.

No matter how, here is Malaysia la.....typical Malaysians are really "creative" enough want to do whatever they want, regardless of strata or indi....

actually i am not favour to see those reno done for residential house esp like these high class residential taman...spoil the uniformity of the design. but what to do, its theirs money...
