40k per year is ok. Tenby shouldn't be 15k only. I doubt any international school so cheap unless maybe u take Malaysia syllabus which defeats the purpose of a private school.

Local syllabus is a waste of time unless u wanted to join some local uni or work for the govt.

but I think Tenby's 12k per yr is understated. International schools should range around 30k to 60k annually all in. Ofcourse that doesnt account for "school trips" which instead of going to the local zoo... will go to Europe's zoos

But don't really feel like wanting to let my kid do private school for primary. Several reason... Wan her to have a Chinese education/language mastery. Also private school ppl might not be grounded (read rich snobs). At least let her have a normal friends to start off....

Rimbayu main roundabout to Kesas is 9km..... 30 minutes.... i can guess the main jam is at the 1st and 2nd roundabout at KK right? Especially the road leading into the first roundabout... jam the entire 1.5 KM stretch..

Road widening doesnt help cause the bottle neck is the roundabouts.

The flyover suggested works, we need one on Mokara bypassing the first roundabout for those going to/from Kesas. That would help ALOT.

I dont understand the "jalan susur" from Mokara to Kesas cause there is already a current road form Mokara towards both direction of Kesas... just do the flyover to bypass the roundabout pls.

Oh and remove the McDOnalds drive thru... its creating unnecessary jam due to selfish ppl blocking the mainroads.
