Then that's Official Global ROM. Perhaps u can try to hard reset first before deciding to ditch RN3P.

Xiaomi.EU ROM is modded/custom ROM. It's the light version of Global Dev ROM.

Yup. Custom ROM. Light version for Global Dev. Since lots of Xiaomi's background services are killed in the EU ROM, you will have faster performance and more free RAM for heavy usages.

Yes just get the latest eu rom.
The marshmallow miui 8 is quite stable. Paired with greenify the miui process management can get quite long runtime.

But still can't beat cm13 and rr rom.

i have 3 rmn3 pro in my household. everything works fine.

Not sure if it is just my phone. The heating issue is serious. Even when I watch fb video or YouTube for like 10 mins it gets hot. Let alone playing game for 10 minutes. It becomes worse if I use data instead of wifi. And when I am charging (without using) the heat is unbearable.
