Thorus Note 3 owners pls take note. Pls double check your imei on device, box and receipt matches.
My previous gold unit sold too a gentleman in sandakan develop charging issues. Was sent to KL service centre butvreceived a shock reply that the imei on logicboard does not match box and receipt.
Working with Thorus to solve this issue now and will update again.

slight update on this -

Thorus reportedly has contacted with authorized service center regarding this issue and the SC has proceeded to repair the affected unit.

Now the scary part AND dont quote me on this - this isnt the first time it has happen.
