If you asked a DBKL lady in making decision on which property to buy, it goes to show how little you know about this property. Who in the world would choose wirajaya over KK ?? Seems to me you chose the wrong property and now you are regretting your decision. Hence your bitter comments in KK thread...

Even if that project is a real one, I seriously dont think it is a freehold project. It is not wise to buy a rumawip leasehold unit as the price will not increase or even will drop after 20 years as the tenure is reducing by that time. Not to say that there are still so many unsold rumawip units and other high rise projects by private developer.

Estimated RM 0.25 ~ RM 0.30 per sqft

Kiara Kasih is freehold.. 95% of the land in Segambut including MK is Freehold.. Kiara Kasih land is UEM's own land.. not bought from DBKL.

Vista Wirajaya 1&2 Sold out within 6 months.. It is still available because of loan rejection and DBKL units .


and I still got 300++ units Kiara Kasih haven't taken up.. So, why this freehold still got 300++ units untaken ?

maybe they saw the peak hour traffic

and in terms of type of shops around KK or in MK/Hartamas/Kepong area, not relevant to certain groups of rumawip buyers
