QUOTE(mhisyam6 @ Dec 7 2016, 09:14 AM) too bad. yesterday received call from TM and my father house is not eligible for the upgrade as the promotion has ended. they only offer 2Mbps/RM110 and 4Mbps/RM130. Still not worth for upgrade. because no one knows about such "promotion" ..

The TM's surprise shit for Streamyx customers is really confusing. If a particular customer is already subscribed to their 8mbps package and unlikely for Unifi fiber optic cable to be installed any sooner, I wonder to which 'package' they are going to upgrade that user to.
Perhaps a new Streamyx speed like 12mbps and/or 18mbps for rural areas?

Perhaps a new Streamyx speed like 12mbps and/or 18mbps for rural areas? Seems streamyx users are left to rot..while paying expensive fees monthly.. Their excuse on "sorry ur area only xMbps" already been on for years and I dont even see them try to improve or provide unifi at all. Need more n more streamyx users to get "revolt" ..spam cfm..spam their support to get more attention to streamyx users.. We are also their paying customers.

TM will not do that but will ask you to subscribe unifi. QUOTE(BlitzAce @ Dec 8 2016, 06:19 PM) Yea I agree. What happens to current 8mbps subscribers that ain't getting Unifi anytime soon? Please don't tell me free Hypptv packages. Please don't. I believe it will just stay 8mb. Just look at unifi 100mb subscriber, they are not getting anything because TM said that is the max already.
