The TM's surprise shit for Streamyx customers is really confusing. If a particular customer is already subscribed to their 8mbps package and unlikely for Unifi fiber optic cable to be installed any sooner, I wonder to which 'package' they are going to upgrade that user to.

Perhaps a new Streamyx speed like 12mbps and/or 18mbps for rural areas?

Seems streamyx users are left to rot..while paying expensive fees monthly.. Their excuse on "sorry ur area only xMbps" already been on for years and I dont even see them try to improve or provide unifi at all.

Need more n more streamyx users to get "revolt" ..spam cfm..spam their support to get more attention to streamyx users.. We are also their paying customers.

That will forever remain as a dream. TM will not do that but will ask you to subscribe unifi.

I believe it will just stay 8mb. Just look at unifi 100mb subscriber, they are not getting anything because TM said that is the max already.

I registered for unifi 30Mbps...after an hour or so received sms saying that Thank You Surprises coming in 2017...so has to be true that 30 will be upgraded to 50Mbps with rm179 ?
