High speed internet is needed. Even the term high speed broadband has its speed range increased in its definition to conform the current need of the internet users.

The price reduction is entirely up to TM. They have profited a lot thru decades of overcharging customers. Unfortunately they r the only sole isp provider in 90% of area. No competition = no price war, unlike our mobile telcos competition.
