LRT would be your best option. Not necessary need to park at Nu Sentral, I think parking might be full parked by full and half marathoners.
Just park at nearest putra LRT or Star LRT station to ur place.

QUOTE(90Boyz @ Jan 16 2018, 09:40 AM) sigh QUOTE(cherkie1992 @ Jan 16 2018, 02:43 PM) Hi everyone, I participated in SCKL FM (7hrs 15mins) 1. did u sleep the night before? Asking experience runner, 1. My run starts at 2am, do you sleep before the night? 2. how do you prepare before the run? 3. I opt myself to complete the 12 week Training program total of 500km. Do you think its sufficient? 2. Run. 3. explain more details on achieving total 500km in 12 weeks. Ideally: 1. have dinner early, try to sleep for 5-6 hours (but it will be difficult as Adrenaline is building up for race next day) 2. Run, constant running. - weekday speed run, tempo run, weight training - weekend LSD 20km on Sunday, and build up to 30km LSD (some said 32KM) 3. no comment, as never join one. Sekian. |

QUOTE(mylifesux @ Mar 28 2018, 02:01 PM) ok, thanks start with foods tht u going to eat on race day. i also run slow, especially after 10km... i drop to 13min per km i hope i can finish b4 COT normally i run empty stomach during weekday (morning short run) for weekend long run, i do it after 3~4 hours after lunch i dun have chance to try morning long run should i cut down food? since i dun used to eat much at the morning portion wise, start small... best if can stimulate race day situation. nobody can tell you the right amount as we have different body situation. trying is the only way to minimize risk. |

QUOTE(jcxii @ Apr 4 2018, 04:56 PM) I think Energy boost is best suitable for normal to slim feet. Mine is wide feet. yes, it is risky to wear new shoes for 42km marathon as your shoe have not break-in.My good old pair is supernova glide but too bad outsole starting to wear out and midsole also spoilt. I sent to fix it this morning, the cobbler sew it but I dont know if it still feel the same.. Actually I'm okay to try other brands. How about Asics or Brooks? By the way, is it risky to wear a new shoes for marathon? haha.. |
