Extremely high density. Based on the proposed plan there's at least 2 phases. The 1.900 units is only first phase. Guess that will at least double. The rumors I read on the forums was that the approved plan included 4-5k units. Hope they scale down a bit. If you can stand the high density, the building and the facilites is Good! But 1 pool for 4k units? I can't really imagine how that would work? Better swim early morning:-) Hopefully they put in 1 pool per phase at least, but doesn't look like it in the plan drawings. Best tip I have. Go visit the location. The Google Street View of the area looks horrible, awful, but hopefully they demolish the old slum already.

QUOTE(prohunter123 @ Jul 13 2017, 01:09 PM) 1 phrase will be gated and guarded which is 1905 unit not 4k .... Ok, thanks, but have a look at the pictures on Rumawip website. The project clearly has at least 4 towers centered around a common court. It would surprise me a lot if the two phases are separated in terms of security and facilities. A problem with the design is that half of the units in phase 1 and 2, about 2k units, will be facing each other ( facing in to the common court) Have a look at the pictures on Rumawip website. Hopefully buyers would be able to pick units and not go through balloting. If it's true that there's only 2 phases, and that the second phase is no bigger than the first. Then the number of units would be 3,8k (2x1900)

QUOTE(reed90 @ Aug 9 2018, 09:50 AM) Ok, thanks for your honest opinion. I had a feeling I might be. Will eat carrots today. Sorry about my stupid question. I would say 1900 units is on the heavy side. But if you get a nice view unit (not facing the other blocks) it might be worth it:-) I was quite worried about the area though. Currently very bad, but could get better by this development.

QUOTE(singgung @ Aug 16 2018, 12:28 PM) Here's how they envisioned the skysanctuary will look like. They forget all the surroundings. Lol. Can hope for road upgrades, but really don't know if they will materialised or not. And Bennington is in skyarena, not this development. Sanctuary? OMG, this density looks insane! Poor people who bought the units facing the other skyscraper. And worse; half of the units is facing inwards into a deep concrete atrium.
