Probably good for commercial too, can capture students market when it's easier to travel in with the new connecting road.

I would be very happy if seeing more and more flyover being plan in the near future.
Flyover are the key infra that could shorten distance to different direction and solve Jalan Semenyih traffic issue.

* One more thing, Diamond City would be benefit too. Easier for them to access to Lekas interchange.
Hopefully would have good synergy with them... once a while we can "drive" to High-Tea in Spain also...
Earlier i have least confident on Diamond City, now suddenly felt much better on this project.

Yes, the pool of students would be good for commecial development, at least for Tesco surrounding area .. Student rental is minimum impact, too many choices available.

Saw in the YB Semenyih website that he currently work on federal funding to improve the road condition starting from Sunway Semenyih till Tesco. Not sure it will be realized.

The Jalan Semenyih really need a major revamp. Bottleneck issue plus the traffic lights.

Jalan Semenyih from my perception is difficult to have expansion anymore, old road with many bottlenecks, lack of planning, countless of traffic lights.

Something drastic (land takeover, pipe and lamp post relocation, etc) must be done if really needs to improve the road condition.

Hmm all these sound costly to the government. Unless there is initiative from government and being supported by developers only possible bah

Hope more commercial activities are relocated to SEH 1 + EM + SEH 2 area, with that maybe can ease the traffic condition along Jalan Semenyih.

I hope there would be improvement on connectivity of Lekas too.
By now, we mostly have to PURPOSELY drive to Lekas to enter by EH or EM interchange.
Most Wave and Google Maps won't lead us from Lekas. I have to purposely set EH interchange as destination.

Am I right? Or anyone can share a more straight forward access by Lekas from Business district like Bangsar, Mid Valley or PJ?

I never go from KL cuty, can we direct access to with Lekas from KL?

What kind of direct access are u talking about? Lekas is lebuhraya kajang-seremban. Direct access from kajang can If from kl either have to take plus+silk to lekas. The other alternative is cheras-kajang highway lo which links straight to lekas.

Me a bit outdated and now only realise of Ekve highways. The highways shall provide a smooth drive from semenyih to Kl.

May be but you have to pay this for sure...i can see the exit will be jam and there is no proper planned exit as usual..

LEKAS currently only can connect to SILK and Semenyih-Kajang bypass directly. If from Bangsar, normally we will use the East-West link..

At 37.40, this driver choose to exit LEKAS to enter Jalan Semenyih.. If he went straight, he actually will reach LEKAS Kajang Selatan toll in 2 minutes time.
