By looking at their "site progress", the landscape quality for actual deliver are quite on par with their show village at least.

It means at least they understand the point of Show Village not "Con Village".

I got the info fr EW SA say tat there will be a Chinese School at  EM. But is not brand new 1, is move fr somewhere ard Semenyih.
Due to certain reason, can't reveal it yet.

Yes it's a relocation of a school from Beranang (if not mistaken). Location is next to Brighton.

Was planning to move in to Semenyih for my parent retirement.
Summo aredi convinced them to leave the room to back linear garden for them, can feel the sunshine & bird singing..Haha..
Currently staying in Setapak, there is about 40min driving distance between these 2 place for my family to sacrifice n leave the place which we have stayed for 30 yr..

Haha... I hope I made a right choice. So far SD in Tenderfields all sold out already and SD Cluster only have few particularly 2C which the reserved units were only opened much later.

The whole EM can only find SD in Tenderfields and Noblegate in the future. Hope that adds much value to it due to "limited supply".

Haha... Nowadays developer really challenging, they need to pay you incentives for you to stay in your house. Haha...

Actually quite a lot of people buy house in S2 and work in KL. This can be observed everyday early in the mornings there are so many cars leaving the S2 toll heading to the North (KL). Similarly the bus station and KTM station can see people travelling too. During weekend they will come back to Seremban. As Semenyih is just the at middle between Seremban and KL, that become their alternative for getting a place to stay.

Hehe... like a joke but that's reality.
