I see... I think space constraint is one of the considerations why limit 2 pax gua. Cradleton itself already has 612 units, times 2 will be 1224, times 4 will be 2448 - unless they do it at the open space else the sales gallery cannot accommodate (even says 50% - 70% turnout will be 1224 to 1714 people already).

Not a prob imo, canopy kan ada.
But with 1 invitation *4pax , some people wont like it , too crowded.

Yeah last time when the sales gallery was open, the makan was done at the open space next to the gallery with canopy set up. But this time round there may be video (if not mistaken -again I blow water oni) sharing, so that is more possible to be done in the gallery (to have better visual effect). Also too big crowd not easy to control also. Anyway, I personally prefer some flexibility ie allow kids / parents if buyer request.

2pax as stated by the SA and the invitation card. Yes it may be a lil bit crowded but at least it is a 'family' event. Not like they are going to hire some skimpily dressed dancers and call it adult event only. Kids are into fireworks show, and why waste it to wow adults who has seen it already many times in their lifetime.

Anyway, lets see la if can go or not, else just randomly grab any two other friends to attend on behalf or ebay the invitation card lol..

They just had EWRO Fest, EM should consider DEWrian Fest this time round. Lol.

Not to mention cash buyers, I'm just wonder whats buyers gonna to do after cradleton/ tenderfield VPed:

1) Rent out with low rental yield. Then touch up with own pocket money and paying Banks installment
2) Flip and Sell off for immediate cash flow even though minimize profit.
3) Leave it empty for few months/ years and continue paying installment.
4) ownstay of course.

I missed EWRO, but durian fest/windmill was chaotic. Food disappeared faster than i can grab an empty plate nearby. But then again, that event was kinda open to any tom's harry dick to participate.

I remember we had the EM gallery opening fest which that time were only cradel-me-tom, gentlebra and tenderlion purchasers. Ok lar still managable, even during downpour.

Oh yeah, I didn't try the durian after seeing the queue and food also didn't manage to eat much as the speed of food replenishing seems couldn't catch up with the hungry hands... Speaking of the gallery opening day, this is one of the EM events I like most so far - probably because this was the very 1st event at the gallery bah.
