It is at the centre of the signature roundabout which is the biggest one near / next to Ivoris. You will be able to see it when they open the road in line with the opening of the EM-Lekas interchange.

MRT Corp to submit Line 3 study to govt by year-end

Mass Rapid Transit Corp Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) is expected to submit the study on the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Line 3, or also known as Circle MRT Line, to the government by year-end

"We started the feasibility study early this year, and hopefully it will be completed by then and we will present it to the Land Public Transport Commission," said Chief Executive Officer Datuk Seri Shahril Mokhtar.

On the location and the stations of the MRT 3, Shahril said, there were lkely to be in the central of Klang Valley as the Circle MRT Line aimed to connect to the existing lines to ease the traffic congestion.

It will be good if there is a station in SiMonyet area though the nearby Kajang already has one.

the problem is WHEN?

When to materialise is one thing but once confirm there is a station in a particular area the value of the property surrounding that area is expected to increase which is beneficial to the owners whether their purchases are for own stay or investment.

For now, an efficient bus feeder service is needed to serve those stations within a certain radius... RM 2 is touted to be the fare...

The developer can play a pro-active role in engaging the operator to provide the services but given the infancy stage of the township doubt that the bus will come in upon VP of the first few precints in the months to come. Alternatively, the developer can consider to provide the service initially at least during the selective peak hours for the convenience of its residents. It will be good if this can be realized as part of the value added services (though cost incurred). This shall be in our wish list.

Tomorrow the roundabout will open for public or not?

I don't know but I hope they will. They can block the road that leads to the interchange and let people make a U turn back at the roundabout.

Let see if they are ready to open tomorrow.
