oh yeah....thanks for clarification...

I believe Parque will be like Kamares in Cyber....after one year launching will be providing buyers with 20% rebate...ended up current buyers are paying the same net price as per burung awal.

Even if bj sales affected em....take it as good news loh...meaning investors go tto bj and leave genuine home buyers in em.
