RM 650 million for 66 acres of mostly trees, plus the land is totally free...sure got somebody whacking this project...with the current negative reviews economic outlook, does it justify spending so much on a park?

EcoMajestic seems like to most successful EW project in Malaysia so far.

Accumulated sales unit of EM represent about 28.6% of total units sale in all EW projects.

Accumulated value of sales of EM on the other hand representing about 25.2% of total sales value of all EW projects in Malaysia.

Hopefully EW understand the support he receives from EM purchasers and should be compensated with appropriate commitment by EW on the EcoMajestic project.

I believe ES unsold units mostly from the Parque Residences.

EW never slow and steady, aggressive in launching and launching. EM apparently getting more supports from the consumer if compare to ES, as EM already have the 5-6th launching till now. EM is meant for mass and upgrader market, while ES is for luxury/aspirational market.

I am not sure which township can be more successful (as it should not be compared anyway), but I just hope that the proportion of money they use for township development should be higher priority in EM if compared to ES.

By the way, EM launch 7 months after SEH fully sold its ~ 1000 units terrace and semiD.

Well EW will give u 1% commission for every confirmed signed up....so no need their uniforms....wear anything also can.....

Bad timing? Head to head with Bukit Jalil launching. Queue overnight there.

Anyway, with such pricing, I don't think EW expected good response.
