Hi, I want to know. I topup my Xox black using touch n go apps but today or probably right now I just realized that my account balance didn't increase.
Normally I lumpsum topup using xox apps. So my balance account is -40. But after topup using tng apps, it is still rm-40.
Is it apps but or apps will update after 12am or xox black didn't work for tng apps?

Can we transfer credit to others line ? And how long is those credit validity ? Need to port out a number as 2 year validity has over , still have quite a lot of credit inside.

Need help again. I have money in both MA, DA and just extended my validity to 2021. But if I switch to Black now, will I loose all the above, plus my voice minutes data etc... ???
