Why every time im add billing to buy apps end up failing?

Sim 1 - xox black
Sim 2 - one xox Today I switch to sim 2 for internet. Already redeem from season pass. But somehow there's no Internet but got network.. When I switched to sim 1 again. Work like normal. Any idea? |

Hi, I want to know.
I topup my Xox black using touch n go apps but today or probably right now I just realized that my account balance didn't increase. Normally I lumpsum topup using xox apps. So my balance account is -40. But after topup using tng apps, it is still rm-40. Is it apps but or apps will update after 12am or xox black didn't work for tng apps?
