yup. only lucky ones got no problem with TAC. more often than not got problem with TAC with one of the service providers.

dont think they will. i think only few customer got no issue with otp. they will just blame 3rd party (sms provider) instead of thinking a way to fix this issue.

I really don't understand why only a selected few unlucky ones face issues with their TAC/OTP. The pattern seems random and totally unpredictable if you are going to face this problem or not. Surely there has to be a blanket remedy to fix all customers facing this. Sorry, but I am just being curious.

yup, just that the incidences is very much higher on this telco than others. my advice, don't use this telco as ur main line or only use it if otp are non essential for u.

Yes, you are right. I'm not using XOX as my main line, and more like my third line to park and maintain validity of my VIP number. So far so good because I don't use it for OTP/TAC request.

Hi,you have to log out/in to update the new balance in your season pass after you redeemed or use ussd code *132# to check balance.

If you are looking for long validity for unused credits,calls,sms and data or parking "VIP" phone numbers,then Onexox prepaid is the good choice.

If you are using Onexox for OTP/TAC,you may/might be facing this problems but not all users......good luck to you.

+1 I recently mop to xox just to park my 5 VIP numbers..if only can subscribe more than 5 number I’ll park all my numbers there

I have free 150sms and $5.30 when I mnp my line to XOX. But why when I sent sms, they did not deduct from my sms but deduct 10 cents from my $5.30 cash?
