Hi,you can port in to Onexox Black plan and keep your existing number.

It's advisable to find Onexox dealer to do the port in,you'll get MNP simcard on the spot and information you need.

Hi,for Onexox prepaid to make calls overseas,no need to activate roaming(Auto)

Only Onexox Black plan need to activate roaming for overseas use.

Hi,these are answers for your questions :

1) The SP C2 (333 min + 20GB data) will be credited into season pass acc and all unused in season pass acc will valid till your line terminated.

2) All data activated won't be charged if there's sufficient data in your season pass acc.

3) Data that you activated will be valid for 30 days only,unused balanced of data will be forfeited after 30 days.

4) Your line must be active to use data/online,You can purchase 1 year(365 days) validity @ RM25

5) After your validity expired,your line will be terminated on reaching day 61 of unactive(60 days of incoming sms/calls only)

Hi,you can activate data plan from your season pass acc which valid for 30 days.

All season pass purchased will be credited into season pass acc and all unused in season pass acc will valid till your line expired/terminated.

Hi,MNP process takes 1 to 5 days,normally customers are informed about this by Onexox dealers before submitting MNP.

You can call Onexox customer service to make enquiry of the port in status.

Hi,you can buy add on data if data in your season pass empty.

You can add on data without any charges from your season pass acc if you have sufficient data in season pass.

It is recommended to purchase HAPPY HOURS promo which is cheaper and will be credited into your season pass acc.

Add on data will not auto renew and will expired according to the previous data plan expiry date.

Always remember to cancel auto renewal if you don't want the data plan to renew upon reaching 30 days.

There are 4 welcome deals(Optional) for new Onexox users to purchased within 10 days of line activation.

It is recommended to find a dealer to do the port in.

Hi,the referral code will be found when you share the link for download Black App.

a) Click number 1(Profile) as shown in attachment 1.

b) Click number 2 (Share) as shown in attachment 1.

c) Share the link and you'll get referral code as shown in attachment 2.

Both "Referrer" and "Referee" will get 512MB of data free(Need to be claimed and will credited into season pass)

Hi,normal prepaid phone/pin voucher top ups will go into DA acc or both DA/MA acc depends on the amount of top up.

1) You can deposit e-wallet by login into XOX self-care portal and the maximum amount in e-wallet are RM200.

2) Credits in DA/MA acc will be deducted automatically for purchased of welcome deals,HAPPY HOURS promo and season pass.Make sure you have sufficient amount in DA+MA acc(Total amount) before making any purchases.

3) Deposit into e-wallet.

4) Credits in DA & MA = airtime.

Please note that MyXOX app has been discontinued from 01.11.2019 onwards replace by XOX Black App.

There's still no info on how to make deposit into e-wallet using the new XOX Black App.
