Hmm...I would like to ask for clarification as I am still not clear on how onexox data plan work:

Let say if I purchase Season Pass Combo SP C2 with 20GB data at RM130.

1) Does Combo SP C2 expire after some time if I don't use it?

2) Looking at the screenshot:

If I activate mere 500Mb, does it cost me RM12 per month? Or the screenshot means I can take 500MB out of 20GB without paying/deducting extra RM 12?

3) If I have 100MB remaining out of 500Mb just now, does the balance 100MB will be forfeited/gone after 30days?

4) Does the account have to be active (validity) to use data/online? I read onexox offer RM25 to extend validity to 365 days.

5) Assuming if I don't want my account to be active, how long can I hold it off before my number is terminated?

has a fat5 plan expired with 28 months validity, but on my season pass counter there is 2gb data that I received from friend. how am I able to use that season pass 2gb data without topping up to get another those fat plan? i would like to use that 2gb data from the season pass first.

i see. so for the SPFAT10 welcome gift, the 10GB in the season pass wont be utilised unless i take out, while another 10Gb will be for 30 days, and any balance of that will burn after 30 days, am i correct on this?

another thing is, i have reloaded rm50, which appears in DA. i got another RM5.30 in MA. I saw the table from the web, and realise that MA cost more for calling. I dont understand why it been separated in such way, maybe to encourage users to reload RM50?

Hi...I just bought onexox sim card thru shopee. I already activated the sim and reloaded RM50 but I can't subscribe to any of the welcome deal value packages. I tried sending SMS SP FATVOICE to 22111 but got 'unable to proceed bla bla' reply. How do I get the welcome deal value package?
