Is it just a bit faster or much faster? If you have 2 phones, maybe can test on both phones with the sim cards, then swap them and do the same test. This will give a pretty good comparison of data usage for both sims.

Hi,other telcos cap speed on some selected data plan only where as other data plan doesn't have cap speed(Depends on the plan you subscribe).

So be fare when making comparison between data plans of all telcos.Always remember there's pros and cons in telco plans.

Even doesn't cap speed doesn't mean you get the fast data speed in all area,it's depend on the coverage of each telco.

Data activated from season pass will be valid for 30 days with auto renewal.

Hi,if you just want to receive calls only,my recommendation to you is :

1) Top up RM50 upon activation your simpack,you'll get 28 months validity updated in 2 - 3 weeks.

2) After your 28 months validity updated,use the RM50 credit to purchase 2 years validity (RM25 x 2).

You will get 52 months validity + 60 days barred line(Receive calls only) = receive calls for 54 months before line terminated.

Hi,every data plan activated from season pass acc will be valid for 30 days only,upon reaching 30 days data balance will be burned.

Only unused balanced data,minutes and sms in season pass will be carried forward.

You're advised to activate only the amount of data that you need for 30 days.

Hi,does this problems occur for all incoming calls or just from the same friend's number ?

You can try to call your dad's number and see if same problem when you're with him.

This sometimes caused by opposite network which call in and sometimes caused by handphone.

If possible,find a dealer to check the problem.

Hi,did the dealer do some test on your dad's phone/phone line/network or just tell you to call careline ?

A responsible/experienced dealer will first try to find the cause by doing some technical test on the spot before call careline.

My suggestion is go to Onexox X-Force or Onexox booth for help.

Hi,if there's no top up throughout or after 28 months(Expiry date),your line will be barred for 60 days(Call in only) which will be terminated if no top up upon reaching 60 days.

For port in, Onexox prepaid line will be valid and terminated after 30 months without any top up.

As for new number/simpack,will be terminated 60 days after expiry date.

You'll need to activated a data plan for use from season pass acc and will be valid for 30 days.

If data finished before 30 days,you'll need to activate another data plan which will be valid for 30 days from the date you activate the new data plan.

All unused in season pass acc will be kept until your line expired.

Only the data you activated from season pass are valid for 30 days(Minimum 0.5GB).

If you use data 1GB per month,the 13GB data can last for 13 months.

Hi,mnp process take 1 to 5 working days.If you're lucky enough,your current provider will process your port out on the same day the mnp submitted.

Dealer will inform prepaid users who want to mnp/port in must have 5 days validity at the time of mnp submitted.

If your line validity only 1 day,it is advised to top up RM5 for 5 days validity.

New Key Performance Index(KPI) for ONEXOX DEALERS :

From 01/01/2020 onwards,all Onexox dealers are force to find/register/activate at least 2 users (with RM30 top up) every month,one of the new dealers Key Performance Index(KPI),now monthly KPI,previously KPI for every 6 months.

Incentive will be forfeited for the month of which dealer fails to find/register/activate at least 2 users (with RM30 top up).

For dealers who fails to achieved KPI for consecutive 6 months will cause their dealership terminated.

This will cause Onexox part time dealers lost their incentives whose customers accumulated since the past years if fails to achieved one of the new KPI.

Imagine if every each Onexox dealers in Malaysia find/register/activates 2 users (with RM30 top up) each months.........

Part time ??? Good luck !!!

Years ago when Onexox and it's dealers are looking for new dealers,what did they said in order to find more dealers ?

"To maintain as part time dealer is easy.....only need to make top up with RM500 e-recharge(Not many can achieve 100 activations) every 6 months will get incentives from user's top up monthly and can regard it as part of pension money in future easily".

Many sign up and do part time because easy to maintain as dealer even if they found only a few customers due to this is part time job.

Now "PART TIME" dealers are forced to find/register/activate at least 2 customers(with RM30 top up) each months or their incentives will be confiscated by Onexox after years of efforts as part timer.So this new KPI will cause lots of part time dealers will not getting their incentives not to mention be part of pension money in future.

Onexox did not announce this KPI in advanced even at the time they introduce the cheap way to be "Basic Dealer" promo

which seems to attracts more new dealers before announce this KPI and that's really good business strategy.

How many will sign up as dealer after knowing this new monthly KPI and 6 months KPI ?

And yes......many new "Basic Dealer" are grumbling now after knowing this new KPI.

And please don't compare veteran/full time dealers with these part time dealers.

Just a voice for the new "Basic Dealers" and part timer dealers.

As for those who wants to be ONEXOX DEALER,go for it if you can achieved these Key Performance Index(KPI).
