Hi, Celcom system down did affect Onexox/Xox system but recently not all caused by celcom but Onexox itself.

This month alone Onexox downtime so many times although already do maintenance/upgrading 4 times to their system sad.gif

And there will be another 2 maintenance/upgrades on 24th and 26th this month,making total of 6......... bangwall.gif

Let's hope alls well and smooth for the rest of the month.

Hi,if you want to activate data from season pass in the Black app(For prepaid user),just click the Subscribe Now

at the Data Subscription,and then click the menu at the Select Package,then you'll see the weekly and monthly

data plan.

Hi,this is because you have active data plan which expire on 19/10/19.

When you have active data plan,you can add data to your active data plan by click the Add On Data.

If you choose to add data to your active data plan,the expiry date remain the same on 19/10/19.

You must finished and/or terminate your active data plan in order to activate a new data plan valid 30 days.

app but you still can't activate a new data plan if you have active data plan but can only add on data.

You're correct,in Black app the season pass subscription will be shown if you don't have active data plan and
if your active data plan finished(0 MB),you still need to terminate the active data plan in order to subscribe to new data plan.

In old MyXOX app you can subscribe to new data plan when your active data plan reached 0 MB.

Hi,you'll need to register XOX ID first.

You can use the same email that you register in MyXOX app to register XOX Black app.

In XOX Black app,you can manage all Onexox/Xox line(Prepaid & Black) which register under the same Mykad number.

Hi,you can install XOX Black app on any smartphone and login with TAC/OTP for 1st time login.

If you intend to use 2 or more acc to login to the same Black app on the same smartphone then there will be a

problem cause you have to log out in order to login to other acc.

Please take note that you'll need TAC(OTP) to verify XOX acc if you frequently login and logout(Several acc)on

the same Black app and the same smartphone(The old MyXOX app don't need TAC/OTP at this point)

In fact purchase HAPPY HOURS promo will be good idea,at least data credited into season pass unlike all data

1) Onexox depends on Celcom which have wide coverage.

2) Don't quite understand what you mean.Do you mean "Call divert" from other number to your Maxis number or from Maxis number to other number ?

3) Yes,you don't have to reload if you use Onexox prepaid line to accept calls/sms(28 months active + 2 months barred)

Hi, if you didn't reload after 28 months,your line will be barred(Only incoming calls & sms are allowed) and you

have 60 days to reload or your line/number terminated on day 61.

You can purchase 1 year validity for RM25 in advanced which will extend 1 year to your 28 months validity.

Hi,for Onexox prepaid no limit for data,call minutes and sms to be carried forward and kept in season pass.

For Onexox Black plan,data carried forward limited to 100GB and no limit carried forward for call minutes and sms.

Hi,all that in the season pass which are unused will follow your line expiry date.

Call minutes and sms deducted automatically upon usage.

Data need to be activated from season pass for usage and valid for 30 days.

Hi,at this moment Onexox don't have subline number.

Take note that the old MyXOX app will be discontinued on 1st November 2019 onwards.

Download the new XOX Black app and register for XOX ID/password to login.

You can share/transfer season pass,activate data and purchase Happy Hours promo for other Onexox numbers using XOX Black App if you have the XOX ID/password to login.

You can manage all these in the same XOX Black app for all Onexox numbers that are registered under same Mykad number.

Onexox number with different Mykad number registered must register for XOX ID/password seperately.

I think not everyone is so lucky to get smooth registration/MNP,so that's why find a dealer to do this are recommended.

Maybe you still haven't read about problems faced by purchased online and their experience with self care online.

It seems that in the new XOX Black app,they drop out the payment/reload option for using pin voucher (Available in old MyXOX app)purchased through 7-11,petrol stations,Boost app and others pin voucher sellers.

There's only payment/reload option for credit card,online banking and e-wallet.

Although in this era of modern world,many people have these kind of facility but still many of them

still prefer to pay by cash for example when they went to petrol station for fuel or hypermarket for groceries.

Have you ever think why ?

If i'm not mistaken some online banking payment will send pin code(Same as pin voucher) to be key in to reload.

It's because of the convenience and options of reloads from various channels.

Especially the elderly with the help of the kind staff at the nearby stores.

In my opinion,this new XOX Black app should be an upgrade to the old MyXOX app.

One upgrade is you can manages all Onexox numbers registered under same mykad(Black plan + prepaid) and

two downgrades :

1) No more options for reload using pin voucher.

2) Prepaid users can't subscribe to a new data plan even they have used up their current data plan to 0 MB

like old MyXOX app can.
