I take back my words here. Recently changed to new iphone, cannot activate iMessage and Facetime anymore. Also I've been charged by onexox eventho technically I didnt receive any iMessage because obviously it has not been activated. Onexox should at least put in the disclaimer/FAQ on its official website about iphone users not gonna be able to use iMessage and Facetime. Kinda regret ported-in to onexox now...

If Onexox dealer help you to port in, he/she should inform you in advanced about this fact that most iphone user with Onexox line will facing this problem.

But if you port in online,then you won't know that this problem exist until you find out about the credit deduction.

Today my MNP completed. Already subscribed data but I cannot get 4G. Works fine on my other ONEXOX number. Both SIM on same phone with dual 4G enabled. Any setting I need to change on the new sim?

Edit. Restarted my phone and now both are on 4G.

Same here. Cannot make or receive calls at all.

Gotta be just OneXOX. My other Celcom line still working well.
